酒店销售渠道可简单的分为线下、线上两种,其中OTA的崛起改变了原有销售渠道的格局,不管是连锁酒店还是单体酒店,在流量获取上几乎都会寻求OTA的导流,但是酒店在不同发展阶段和不同运营状态下对于流量获取方式的侧重会有所不同。在OTA因掌控巨大流量而面对酒店时逐渐掌握主动权的情况下,不管是从利润的角度还是从未来长久发展的角度来看,OTA都对酒店形成了巨大的压力,也正是看到这种危机,不管是连锁巨头还是小众酒店企业都纷纷寻求逃脱之策,或自建直销体系。

一大家人去,订了两个房间。餐厅意大利餐味道好,酒也好。停车场的人员服务态度差。地点离城里很近。还是值得周末去休息一下。

As we headed from Beijing City to Great Wall and had to catch a flight the next day early morning at Beijing Airport. Italian Fam is located around 20-30min away from Beijing Airport. The Farm is located in an U-shape with a garden in between and has a around 25 rooms, all of them have two floors. Room No. 1 and the last one is equipped with two bedrooms. Bed is always located on 2nd floor. Although farm is already a bit older (especially seen in shower) it was a nice place and except to stay there over night we had no other Chance to try anything besides (horse riding, visiting zoo).
